Freedom Partners Shared Services is currently seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to initiate, coordinate, and drive the selection of talent primarily for our grassroots customer organizations.  The successful TABP will manage full cycle recruiting strategy & process to include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, phone interviews, and in person interviews, and post interview discussions. 


  • Own the acquisition process up to the final hiring decision
  • Provide solid judgment on candidate qualifications through correspondence, phone and in-person interviews
  • Represent Network organizations at conferences and career fairs across the country
  • Schedule interviews with hiring manager and team
  • Use social networking and solid contacts in the conservative movement to recruit top-level candidates
  • Assist on other special projects as needed


  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience required.  Experience in a non-profit or agency setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding each task is imperative to the overall strength of the organization
  • Proficiency in candidate tracking software (ideally iCIMS) a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • The willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilities
  • Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer support to our members, partners and state chapters.
  • Overnight Travel Required 20%
