Freedom Partners Shared Services seeks a Learning & Engagement Team Associate to join the Human Resources team. The vision of the Learning & Engagement Team is to build a foundation for a cohesive and integrated culture around our network’s Vision, Strategies, and how MBM will drive our success. This individual will have the opportunity to learn and practice the Market-Based Management® philosophy first-hand as they assist with hosting and coordination of network-wide events, as well as updating training documents, record and metric systems, and assisting with communications with our subject matter experts, facilitators, and staff.

FP Shared Services equips freedom-oriented non-profit organizations with the best tools to achieve their missions. We provide advice and information on: compliance and leadership development training, best practices in management and policy, and recommendations for consultants and vendors to fulfill operational needs.


• Support the Learning & Engagement team in planning and executing events and trainings, potentially on-site and off-site
• Participate in a Project Manager role for special network-wide projects, including community and philanthropic initiatives
• Communicate with network employees about network opportunities and needs
• In collaboration with facilities and operations staff, set up training spaces in a comfortable way that facilitates learning and coordinate scheduling and confirming registrants and attendees
• Assist in the development and refinement of training curriculum and support materials
• Host and guide network employees attending network-wide events
• Update and maintain the events calendar and training catalog
• Shepard the training records and metric systems, including updating and improving our processes


• Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of professional work experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for events and logistics preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in scheduling and calendar functions; proficiency in Excel preferred and willingness to learn new tools
• Integrity, humility, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Commitment to free market principles
