Freedom Partners Shared Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team through scheduling, coordination, and other administrative activities. This position will require a proactive mentality, interaction with various teams in the network, and a willingness to learn aspects of the business activities beyond immediate responsibilities.

  • Handle administrative tasks including timekeeping, correspondence, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as team liaison for executives as needed.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants from partner organizations to schedule meetings.
  • Manage rapidly shifting priorities in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and clients on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with other special projects to include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events.



  • Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • High school diploma or higher level of education
  • 2+years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant preferred
  • Demonstrated high-level of confidentiality
  • Strong sense of judgement, ability to think on your feet and problem solve while maintaining composure
  • Articulate and concise written and verbal communication skills
