Freedom Partners Shared Services is seeking a qualified candidate for a Data Operations Associate role.  Our perfect candidate would be someone who is detail-oriented, gets excited to help customers with their access issues, a self-starter with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, and the ability to multi-task. A Day in the Life of a Data Operations Associate:

Using the experience you bring to the table and learn through the job, you would be our resident ID Card Specialist!  This would mean spending your time troubleshooting access issues, monitoring video surveillance, data entry and data auditing, and acting as the point of contact for all access control related matters. The role will require producing employee credentials and ensuring compliance with physical security principles as well as ensuring prohibited personnel are not granted access to organizational facilities.


  • Ensuring information accuracy through record and database management
  • Conducting audit and risk validation to ensure data integrity
  • Identifying network opportunities to streamline processes for efficiency
  • Monitoring access control systems for any irregularities or problems
  • Troubleshooting security systems and proving support to customers as needed


  • 1-3 years professional experience; data entry/coordinator experience a plus
  • 1+ years of facilities security or access management experience strongly preferred (knowledge of security procedures)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience with access control software and systems highly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Appreciation for diversity and open to new concepts
