The Enterprise Mobility Associate will be an integral part of the Technology team. This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the Enterprise Mobility department, managing over 4,000 devices and assisting Enterprise Mobility Manager. The role will also include inventory and distribution management, as well as special projects within the group.

  • Image mobile devices for use in the field
  • Package and ship requests for mobile equipment, ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered in a time-critical manner
  • Manage the inventory of mobile devices and peripherals, working with Asset Management software to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Work with Procurement Team to ensure mobility equipment and supplies are replenished in a timely fashion
  • Manage a queue of help desk requests and phone calls
  • Generate weekly reports on inventory, tickets, device shipments, and outstanding returns
  • Responsible for working with technology team to meet deadlines on group projects and one-off requests
  • Work with our data/voice providers on billing, troubleshooting, and plan changes
  • Support other end-user technology needs when required


  • Must possess strong computer skills including understanding of various data software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • 2-3 years of experience with Mobile Device Management and device configuration tools such as Airwatch, Samsung KNOX, Apple Configurator or JAMF
  • Experience with technical support of PC’s and Mac’s helpful
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to deliver an understanding of complex technical topics to non-technical staff
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with state and national staff, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer service to our members, partners and all state chapters
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be capable of moving technology equipment around in an office environment
