    In Pursuit Of is seeking a Director of Accounts with experience in the marketing and communications landscape to lead a team and support day-to-day and long-term client needs. As Director of Accounts, you will work across multiple client accounts, assisting with research, content writing and editing, project management and client deliverables, and marketing strategy development, among other things.

    We’re searching for an immensely skilled Director of Accounts to lead a team of four Account Strategists and work alongside a dynamic and fun marketing team to develop and implement engaging and effective marketing strategic plans that span multiple uses and platforms, including print, digital, web, and video. The ideal candidate is and organized problem solver with superior interpersonal communications skills who will:


    • Help less-experienced team members develop knowledge and skills
    • Provide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines
    • Consistently deliver high-quality products that define, drive, and meet client objectives and that are consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision.
    • Manage team and time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common


    The Director of Accounts should have 3+ years of work experience (or more!) preferably with an agency or in a field that requires attention to detail, project management, and customer service. Ability to manage a team and write are important. Also great: Interest in design and/or video, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The Director of Accounts must be committed to advancing the policy, political, and cultural changes that enable people to improve their lives. We seek candidates with the following credentials:
