    The Seminar Network is seeking a Donor Relations Associate to support the team. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to shift seamlessly between various tasks during the course of the day.

    • Provide administrative support to the leaders of the Investor Relations team.
    • Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, accounts payable items, timekeeping, correspondence, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
    • Partner with administrative staff from partner organizations to schedule meetings.
    • Produce receipts and drive coordination and execution of donor thank you note process.
    • Serve as an appropriate representation of the team.
    • Assist with special projects to include planning and coordinating member engagement opportunities, donor stewardship plans, and organizing events.


    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred
    • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not necessary
    • Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office
    • Self-motivated, organized team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and be discreet
    • Possess a friendly, professional demeanor, and positive phone presence
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize on behalf of the executive
    • Familiarity with and commitment to free-market principles
