    In Pursuit Of is looking for an Administrative Ninja for the Creative Team. The Creative Administrative Assistant will assist in conceptualizing, building, and driving organizational methods for creative documents, media files, and creative project requests. The ideal candidate will have an almost obsessive attention to detail and organization, be a world-class multi-tasker, and spreadsheet and database whisperer.  Interest in or experience with visual files or media a bonus, but not essential.

    • Field Creative Request Forms, assign job numbers, and make sure projects are kicked off to the Producers in a timely and efficient manner
    • Ensure Creative Request Form databases are up to date and correct and that the daily report of new projects is timely and correct
    • Assign Creative Team members to projects in the time tracking software
    • Own the digitizing of all the Production releases and other shoot documents, and develop an accompanying searchable log
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a Project Finals Catalogue, including gathering and uploading final projects and assigning metadata for easy searching
    • Maintain the Team image, illustration, and video libraries
    • Help identify and provide solutions for additional organizational needs that would further support and improve the Creative Team’s productivity
    • No travel is required for this position


    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in document and file organization
    • Experience with databases, media files, and servers a plus but not essential
    • An almost obsessive attention to detail and zest for organization
    • Proficiency on Macs and Microsoft programs, especially Excel
    • Experience in a production environment or with creative products is a plus
    • A Team player that is able to work independently as well as with others
    • A proficiency in multi-tasking and handling different requests with a variety of turnaround times is a must
    • An ability to prioritize and problem-solve
