    Freedom Partners Shared Services (FPSS) is currently seeking a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to drive and support the selection of talent primarily for a variety of customer organizations to include communications and marketing, development, and grassroots.  A successful TABP will manage full cycle recruiting strategy and process to include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, phone interviews, and in person interviews, and post interview discussions.     Responsibilities

    • Own the talent acquisition process up to the final hiring decision and hand offs to HR operations team
    • Provide judgment and a point of view on candidate qualifications through correspondence, phone and in-person interviews 
    • Represent Network organizations as a brand ambassador at conferences, career fairs, and networking opportunities to recruit 
    • Use social networking and contacts to recruit top level talent to the organizations we support 
    • Create and drive sourcing-marketing strategy for roles in collaboration with the marketing team 
    • Proactively source and recruit for roles 
    • Manage all customer and partner relationships throughout the recruitment life cycle
    • Assist on other special projects as needed related to talent acquisition as a team member 
    • Work collaboratively as a member of the TABP team supporting one another as needed 

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving and organizational skills
    • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency in candidate tracking software (ideally iCIMS) a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
    • The willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilities
    • Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial spirit 
    • A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing customer focused support to our partners 
    • Travel may be required for grassroots recruiting support
    • Demonstrated ability to "think creatively" and create new strategic approaches to recruiting talent 
    • Demonstrated ability to creatively source and an excitement for a variety of candidate outreach and the hunt
    • Demonstrated positive, can-do attitude with experience working through tough challenges

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working for non-profit or agency setting
    • Senior and executive level recruiting experience
