Freedom Partners Shared Services is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team to ensure employee benefits needs are met with outstanding customer service. In this role, you have the opportunity to help your fellow team members navigate complex issues like retirement, paid vacation, and workers compensation among others.     • Acting as a primary liaison with our payroll and finance teams
    • Assisting with auditing, bill reconciliation, and other tax-reporting requirements
    • Administering workers compensation and leave including FMLA
    • Leading strategies for 401K vendor management to include coordination with payroll as well as integrating financial wellness
    • Integrating metrics and coordinating communications within the HR team
    • General day to day administrative and office needs to include mail, vendor management, support to new hire orientation facilitation, and educational events
    • Ad hoc special projects


    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related business disciplines or a combination of education, certifications and equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration or transferable skills
    • High degree/level of attention to detail and analysis
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential info
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite particularly excel (experience with UltiPro is ideal but not required)
    • Ability to be efficient, responsive, resourceful, and organized
